About Stanley A. Meyer

An award-winning artist, illustrator, and designer, Stanley A. Meyer creates environments that enhance storytelling through meticulous detail and artistic beauty.

He is the visionary scenic designer behind the international sensation, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, countless floats in the annual Tournament of Roses Parade, various theme park attractions and live entertainment spectaculars, as well as the illustrator of 101 Things I Hate About Your House.

A proud graduate of California State University Long Beach and Mason Gross School of the Arts, Meyer continues his trademarked mission of "Making a Career out of Coloring and Playing Pretend." He lives with his husband in Orlando and frequently travels for work and guest teaching.
